Who Is Tee ?

Whilst you may meet Nigel whilst he is running the administration of the business, doing the gardening or maintaining the property, the real star of the business is your host, Tee Maud… Having spent all her career in hotels, restaurants and pubs, her experience is looking after the front of house, with the added skills of being a quite superb chef… Tee will meet you when you arrive, help you with an issues including providing you with wine glasses if needed!!! but most importantly she is in charge of the breakfast…

Havig previously been awarded Highly commended for her breakfast in a previous life, she is delighted to be in the final this year, whcih will be announced in October.

Originally from Devon, her warm hospitality awaits you and before you ask, Tee is her name and is not short for anything, but it’s really easy to remember and we’re yet to meet another one!! Now you know who she is !!!
